Summer Membership Rollover
Become an annual member! As summer comes to a close, summer members are welcome to rollover their membership to annual and use the facilities all year round. If you are interested, please contact Justin at manager@woodacreimprovementclub.com

Pool Concerns
Thank you for your patience as we work with our pool company on the ongoing temperature issues. We have been experiencing some difficulty with our pumps, which has been causing fluctuations in pool temperature. Management and the Board are aware of the issue and are monitoring it daily. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Thermal System
As discussed in the May and August Board meetings, the Club will be replacing the thermal system that was damaged during the winter storms with a new, expanded system that is appropriately sized for our pool. This system will be installed at the end of September and will reduce our propane expenses potentially significantly. The roof and skylight repairs were performed earlier this month in preparation for this project.

Tennis and Swim Lessons
In partnership with the SGV Community Center, we will be offering youth tennis and swim lessons this fall. More information and registration is available on MyRec.

Recent and Upcoming Events
Thank you to all who attended our recent Music with Dani performance and Inaugural Valley Bike Fest! Both events were very successful. We plan to have a monthly series of Music with Dani and there was a lot of enthusiasm to have a return of the Valley Bike Fest next year. More info on dates as these get closer.

We have a lot of exciting upcoming events and classes

- 90s Nostalgia Blockparty. Sept. 28th, 4 pm-7 pm in the parking lot
- Beso Negro. Oct. 26th, 7 pm in the Main Hall
- San Geronimo Halloween show. The finalized date is TBD.

We are also working on a movie night series, quarterly San Geronimo shows, and an art walk around the baseball field.

If you would like to volunteer to help with these events, please contact Paige Pires de Almeida at tornpaige@gmail.com.
